This module establishes the core THGM philosophy. Subscribers learn the difference between performing for a room and leading one — and why that shift is the most important thing an instructor can develop. Everything in the method builds from here.

Music is not background. It is structure. This module teaches instructors how to read a song — its BPM, its phrase, its emotional arc — and use it as an active tool for building a class that lands.

The best instructors are not just delivering a class — they are reading one. This module develops the awareness to sense what a room needs in real time, and the confidence to respond to it, even when that means departing from the plan.

The most sustainable thing an instructor can build is a clear sense of who they are when they lead. This module explores what instructor identity is, how to find it, and why it matters more than any technique.
